Leslie Caccamese Hill

General Manager

Leslie is the General Manager of Oak Knoll Farming and a licensed Farm Labor Contractor, overseeing operations, labor management, regulatory compliance, and grower communication. She brings a strategic, solutions-driven approach to vineyard management and client support.

Before joining Oak Knoll, Leslie served as AVP of Marketing & Communications at Great Place to Work Institute, a global research and consulting firm focused on high-trust workplace cultures. She holds a BA and MA in 19th-century British History from Vassar and Brown, grounding her strengths in rapid information synthesis and clear, thoughtful communications.

When not in the vineyards, Leslie volunteers as a coach with Napa Special Olympics, supports the Sons & Daughters of Italy, and serves on the board of Napa Humane.

Trevor Del Bondio

Operations & Vineyard Manager

Trevor oversees all field operations at Oak Knoll Farming, including seasonal labor, harvest logistics, and vineyard development. A fourth-generation Napa Valley farmer, Trevor brings a lifetime of hands-on agricultural experience and an intuitive understanding of vine and soil systems. In addition to his lengthy tenure with Oak Knoll Farming, Trevor previously worked with Nissen Vineyard Services.

Trevor’s deep operational knowledge, equipment proficiency, and steady leadership ensure that every vineyard under his care is farmed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional attention to detail.

When not at work in the vineyard—usually with Ruxel the Mastiff by his side—Trevor enjoys thinking about being at work with Ruxel.

Emilie Barnett

Assistant Vineyard Manager

Emilie manages several premium vineyard properties across Napa and Sonoma and leads Oak Knoll’s in-house red blotch testing program. A trained viticulturist with strong analytical expertise, she excels in canopy management, disease monitoring, and data-driven decision-making that supports vine balance and fruit quality.

Emili holds a Master’s in Viticulture & Enology from the distinguished Vinifera Program in Montpellier, France. She is fluent in French, Spanish and Latin. Emilie is both scientifically meticulous and practically skilled whether running a lab or operating a forklift certified.

When she’s not in the vineyard, Emilie can be found hiking, backpacking, or reading science fiction.

Christie Friday

Accounting Manager

Christie brings more than 25 years of financial and operational experience in the wine industry, overseeing accounting for both Hill Family Estate and Oak Knoll Farming.

Christie’s background spans production finance, compliance, budgeting, and winery operations, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the business side of farming and winemaking.

Outside of work, Christie is a keen athlete and competitive pickleball player.

Bacilio Pimentel

Equipment & Assistant Vineyard Manager

Bacilio oversees equipment operations and maintenance at Oak Knoll Farming, ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all machinery essential to vineyard operations.

After receiving his master mechanic certification with Honda, Bacilio worked as a heavy equipment mechanic for Solano County and Caymus, before starting his vineyard career with Bazan Vineyard Management. Bacilio combines deep technical expertise with a strong farming background to match the right equipment to the job and keep the fleet performing at its best.

In his free time, Bacilio enjoys working on his 1979 Chevy C10, spending a day at the range, and being with his family.

Maricela Alvarez

Human Resources Manager

Maricela Alvarez is the Human Resources Manager at Oak Knoll Farming. Her friendly face is the front line for Oak Knoll Farming’s employee experience.

A native of Napa Valley, Mari has deep in roads in the local community, having worked for many years as a manager at Napa Community Bank and later Rabo Bank. Her people-first, safety-first mentality is essential to Oak Knoll’s operations.

On the weekend’s Mari can be found celebrating any and every holiday with her large, local, Mexican family.

Melissa Paico

Accounting Assistant

Melissa supports the accounting team with precision and professionalism, bringing several years of financial experience and an eagerness to deepen her knowledge of the wine industry. Originally from Peru and raised in Vallejo, she contributes a broad perspective as well as bilingual capability.

With studies at Contra Costa and Foothill College, Melissa is a committed learner who works closely with managers and supervisors to uphold accuracy and efficiency across accounting operations.

Outside the office, she enjoys lifting at the gym and spending time with her family.

Founder and Vineyard Manager

Doug Hill is a pioneering Napa Valley farmer and the founder of Oak Knoll Farming, with decades of experience developing vineyards across the region.

Rooted in a lifelong passion for agriculture, Doug is known for his deep knowledge of Napa Valley’s soils and microclimates, his innovative vineyard plantings, and his commitment to mentoring the next generation of vineyard managers.
